About Us
Gillen Veterinary Relief Services was established to bypass the middle man, and their commission, by allowing our clients to book veterinary relief services DIRECTLY with our licensed, experienced, veterinarians.
Dr. A. Gillen, our founder, is a UC Davis 2006 graduate, with extensive experience in the areas of general practice, emergency and critical care, dentistry, surgery, and shelter medicine. She has worked exclusively as a relief veterinarian since 2018.

Our efficient, experienced, and personable relief veterinarians have many years of relief work experience, and are able to blend seamlessly from the first appointment into your practice.
Our Services
We can provide coverage for all types of veterinary practices, from the neighborhood general practice, to the ER/Urgent Care and Specialty practice, or animal shelter.
Our vets are familiar with all the commonly utilized practice software versions, and should require minimal training on your particular system.
We can provide medical, dental, and surgical vacation/staff shortage coverage for your practice.
